Cancellation Policy
By booking appointments, clients acknowledge availability constraints. No-shows may incur a fee. Cancellations require 24-hour notice if you do not wish to get charged a no-show fee. Fees vary according to the service and length of time the service would normally take.
- Please advise whether you have allergies before the service commences.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Children require supervision.
- We reserve the right to refuse to book customers at our discretion.
- Please arrive 5 mins before the service commences. Late arrivals may shorten your service.
Credit Card Imprint Policy
To secure your reservation, we require a credit card imprint at the time of booking. This imprint serves as a guarantee for your appointment and will be used in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled service. If you cancel your booking within this period without attempting to contact us or reschedule, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
