Salon & Spa Booking Policy
We accept bookings online, in-store and by phone. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your appointment. By making a booking, you agree to this policy. If you confirm your appointment and do not attend without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, BEAUTYWORKS may charge a no-show fee of 50% of the booked service value.
Cancellations & Changes
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by calling BEAUTYWORKS Salon & Spa on (03) 8393 5286 or mc@beautyworks.com.au
No-show appointments may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid or, where no deposit has been taken, a charge of 50% of the booked service value.
Health & Safety
Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions before your service begins.
Children under 15 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time and may still be charged at the full service rate.
Privacy & Security
Personal and payment information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Payment details are processed securely by authorised payment providers.
