Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We pack our items in strong cardboard shippers to ensure that your product arrives to you in a satisfactory condition.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight and volume based. Note, of course there may be restrictions placed on some products and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
All orders are shipped with tracking notifications.
Your order will take 3-5 business days getting prepped and packed at our South Melbourne warehouse. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location:
Australia Post Standard:
– Metro: 1-3 business days
– Regional: 2-5 business days
– Remote: 3-5 business days.
Australia Post Express:
Same state: 1 – 2+ business days
Interstate: 1 – 3+ business days
These are estimated timeframes and unforeseen circumstances with our delivery partners could push them back.
Please Note: Due to safety reasons, the shipping of all aerosol products can only be done via Standard Post using road transport.
Shipping to the US:
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the US.
Christmas Shipping:
During the peak holiday period, Australia Post experience significantly higher parcel volumes nationally. Because of this, delivery timeframes may be extended and delays can occur across both Metro and Regional areas.
We recommend placing Christmas orders as early as possible to allow time for packing and shipping. Please also note that parcels are often left without signature requirements during this busy period.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available within Australia to all Metro areas for orders over $100.
Australia Post defines "remote" areas by referencing the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS), which categorizes places outside of major cities into Inner Regional, Outer Regional, Remote, and Very Remote areas based on their level of remoteness. This classification system helps determine where these areas are situated relative to larger population centres and service hubs, with Remote and Very Remote areas having the least connectivity and greatest distance from major population centres.
Returned to Sender Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, non-collection from a pick up point or other delivery issues — once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse we will get in touch with you directly.
If you would like your order resent, we are more than happy to do so. A flat $12 fee applies to repackage and repost the parcel. Once this is paid your parcel will be redelivered.
To avoid delays or Return To Sender situations, please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, and keep an eye on your parcel journey using your Australia Post tracking link.
Return-to-Sender - Failed Contact Attempts/Parcels Uncollected:
If your order is returned to us by Australia Post due to unsuccessful delivery and remaining uncollected at your local post office, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you via email, SMS, and/or phone to arrange re-delivery or collection.
If we do not receive a response from you within a reasonable period, we will consider the parcel uncollected. In line with our store policy and the Australian Consumer Law regarding customer-initiated delivery or collection issues:
• We will email you acknowledging this, and a store credit will be issued to your BeautyWorks account for the value of the products ordered (excluding shipping costs).
• The store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase at BeautyWorks, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• No further contact attempts will be made once the store credit is applied.
