Salon Booking

Cancellation Policy

By booking appointments, clients acknowledge availability constraints. No-shows may incur a fee. Cancellations require 24-hour notice if you do not wish to get charged a no-show fee. Fees vary according to the service and length of time the service would normally take.

  • Please advise whether you have allergies before the service commences.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Children require supervision.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to book customers at our discretion.
  • Please arrive 5 mins before the service commences. Late arrivals may shorten your service.

 

Credit Card Imprint Policy

To secure your reservation, we require a credit card imprint at the time of booking. This imprint serves as a guarantee for your appointment and will be used in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled service. If you cancel your booking within this period without attempting to contact us or reschedule, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Gift Card and Gift Certificates

BeautyWorks Gift Certificates and Gift Cards expire three years from date of issue. Any unused value remaining will become BeautyWorks’ property following the expiry date.

BeautyWorks Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are redeemable in-store (see locations) and online at beautyworks.com.au

BeautyWorks Gift Certificates, Vouchers and Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded or refunded. Keep your BeautyWorks Gift Certificate, Voucher or Gift Card codes safe as they are non-transferable and non-refundable if lost or stolen.

 

 

BeautyWorks VIP Loyalty Program

BeautyWorks Pty Ltd is pleased to reward clients with Loyalty Points, which can be converted into Vouchers.

How the BeautyWorks VIP Loyalty Program works
  • Clients sign up to the BeautyWorks VIP Loyalty Program
– Online: by creating a BeautyWorks VIP Account at beautyworks.com.au
– In-store: BeautyWorks Staff creates a Customer Account upon purchase
  • Clients earn 1 Loyalty Point per $1 spent, online at beautyworks.com.au and in-store.
  • Clients are rewarded with Vouchers, which amount depends on the Loyalty Points tiers they’ve earned. The Loyalty Point tiers are:

– $10 Voucher for 100 Loyalty Points earned
– $25 Voucher for 250 Loyalty Points earned
– $50 Voucher for 500 Loyalty Points earned

Loyalty Points can be converted into Vouchers both online at beautyworks.com.au and in-store. At beautyworks.com.au, first log into your VIP Member Account, then click on the ‘Check Loyalty Points’ Pop-up button on the homepage.

  • Vouchers can be used online at beautyworks.com.au and in-store.

 

 

Important Notes
  • Loyalty Points expire 1 year after they’ve been earned.
  • Vouchers expire 1 year after they’ve been issued.
  • Only 1 Voucher can be used per transaction.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with:

– Other Vouchers, Promotions or Discount offers
– Coupons
– Other vouchers

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • A BeautyWorks VIP Account must be created online at beautyworks.com.au

BeautyWorks can update the Terms and Conditions of the BeautyWorks VIP Loyalty Program at any time. We will contact all VIP Members of any changes to the VIP Loyalty Program via email 15 days prior to the changes' effective date.

Competitions and Promotions

BEAUTYWORKS Monthly Competition

1) The Monthly Competition, being conducted by BEAUTYWORKS Pty Ltd, of 150 Ferrars street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205 (the “Promoter”) ends on the last day of each month at midnight. The Winner will be drawn on the first of each month and contacted by the email they’ve provided. Should the draw date fall on a weekend or public holiday, then the draw will take place on the next business day.

2) Entry is open to the public and customers.

3) BEAUTYWORKS employees, BEAUTYWORKS agents, Retailers, their staff and their families are ineligible to enter.

4) Any entrant under the age of 18 needs to seek the permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to submitting their entry.

5) To enter the Competition, you must do all of the following:

a) Fill out the Competition form with your Name, Last Name and Email Address
b) As a condition of entry, all entrants must opt in to receive marketing material from BEAUTYWORKS in order to go into the draw. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from BEAUTYWORKS and consent to BEAUTYWORKS Privacy Policy

6) Any form of automatised entry or Bots using any devices or software to make entries will be invalidated.

7) The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries with a single purchase or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

8) If at their discretion of the Promoter, the Follower is abusing the entry conditions in any manner, the promoter may block a Follower immediately without notice and invalidate the entries.

9) All valid entries received during the promotion period will be entered in the major prize draw.

10) The Competition commences on the first day of each month and ends 12:00am (midnight) AEST on the last day of each month.

11) Late entries will not be accepted.
12) The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”):

a) Must complete all details requested to be an eligible entrant;
b) An incomplete or illegible or falsely answered entry will be held to be ineligible.
c) There is no limit to the number of entries any person may submit as long as they have followed the entrant criteria and abide by the rules, terms and conditions of the Competition.

13) There is only one (1) winner. The winner will be contacted by the email they’ve provided (“the Prize”).

14) The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

15) If the winner does not claim the prize within 6 months from the date of the winner announcement, another winner will be chosen.

16) The winning entry will be randomly electronically drawn on the next business day after the Competition ended.

17) In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

18) The winner should obtain his/her own advice as to the taxation effect of receiving the prize (if any).

19) The decision as to the winner of the prize is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

20) By entering the Competition online, the participant consents to these terms and conditions.

21) BEAUTYWORKS will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998 (as amended) in relation to the storage, use and record-keeping of the participant’s personal information it receives from the entrants.
