Step 1:  Cleanse without compromise

Start with Luxury Shampoo.

This treatment-level cleanse powered by the Vegan Hydration Complex works beyond surface cleansing, actively repairing and sealing moisture into the hair fibre. Infused with native botanicals like caviar lime and mountain pepper, it gently removes buildup while boosting hydration, shine, and manageability. As the first step, apply Mr Smith Luxury Shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage to lather, rinse and repeat.

Step 2:  Deep replenish & restore

Apply Luxury Masque

This is where transformation happens. An antioxidant-rich formula delivers intense hydration and repair, smoothing the cuticle and strengthening hair to prevent breakage. After shampoo, gently massage Mr Smith Luxury Masque into freshly washed hair, leave for 5-10 minutes and then rinse.

Q: Can I use Luxury Oil if I have a nut allergy?

A: Luxury Oil contains Sweet Almond Oil, which is a popular ingredient in cosmetic formulas, it is nutrient-rich and particularly beneficial to adding shine to hair, reducing frizz, and nourishing the scalp. However, we recommend that individuals with tree nut allergies avoid it, as it can trigger allergic reactions. We recommend exercising caution, consulting your health practitioner before use.

Q: Why is the Luxury Range pale in colour?

A: Keeping a light colour of the formula was a deliberate choice. It allows us to confidently recommend Luxury Oil to all hair colours, natural or treated, without causing any impact.

Q: Why and how do we lose Ceramides in the hair?

A: Ceramides loss is a common issue especially in urban settings. They can be depleted through environmental damage such as exposure to UV and free-radicals, or via chemical damage or over-processing the hair. The latter is often linked to daily styling, usage of heat tools, or overstripping/overwashing the hair with harsh, surfactant heavy products. It can also be a result of bleaching, or other strong chemical hair services that leave hair more brittle and can affect its porosity.
