How to Join
All you need to do is create a BeautyWorks Member Rewards account here.
BeautyWorks Reward Member emails are an essential part of your membership. They keep you informed about key updates: like when you earn Reward Points, unlock a Reward Voucher or become eligible for a complimentary gift. These emails are separate from our marketing emails and are specific to your rewards activity.
Earning Points
Collect Reward Points every time you shop online at BeautyWorks when logged into your BeautyWorks Member account. Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend in-store and at www.beautyworks.com.au.
Yes, each Reward Point expires 12 months after it was earned. Also, if you return your order after points were assigned, those Reward Points will be deducted from your Reward Points balance.
Log into your BeautyWorks Member Rewards account. You’ll find your Reward Point balance displayed in the top right corner.
Reward Points for purchases made at www.beautyworks.com.au will be awarded once the order is shipped.

Reward Points are not earned when you purchase Gift Cards but are earned when you use them to purchase a product or service both in store or online.
Unfortunately, Reward Points cannot be applied to previous purchases. You must be enrolled in the BeautyWorks Member Rewards Program at the time of purchase to earn Reward Points
Redeeming Points
You can redeem your Reward Points at the Payment Method step of the checkout.
- Make sure you are logged into your BeautyWorks Rewards Member account.
- Add products to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
- Once you've reached the Payment Method step, you’ll see your Reward Points displayed with a slider.
- Drag the slider to choose how many points you want to use.
- Your selected points are instantly applied as a discount to your order total.
Sorry, Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared with others. Any account found doing so may forfeit accumulated points.
Yes! BeautyWorks Reward Points can be redeemed in-store, hair salon, scalp spa and online.
Sorry, no. Reward Points do not get refunded with returned or canceled orders. Refunds are only made on the amount paid at the time of purchase.

Yes. BeautyWorks Reward Points expire one (1) year after they’ve been issued. Please view the BeautyWorks Member Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Yes. Each Reward Point redemption has its own minimum spend.
- $5, $10, $25 and $50 Reward Point redemptions have a minimum spend of $50
- $100 Reward Point redemptions have a minimum spend of $100
